Brennan Reilly currently serves as Director of Special Projects at FFO LLC, where he assists clients with a wide range of strategic, legal, financial, and operational issues. In this role, he brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex business challenges across multiple industries.

He is a licensed attorney and CPA with a multidisciplinary background in business law and operations, real estate, finance, and construction and development. Brennan was a founding member of a Washington, DC-based real estate and business law firm, where he advised clients on complex business transactions, entity formation, commercial leases, real estate contracts, and title insurance. He also provided expertise in construction budgeting, project management, and contract negotiation.

Brennan was the founding and managing member of a multi-state restaurant group, where he applied his extensive accounting and operational experience to lead restaurant development, financing, and management. He has significant experience advising clients on business startups, budgeting, operational issues, growth strategies, and liability protection—helping businesses build strong foundations and scale effectively. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law. Brennan is also a Certified Cash Manager and Title Agent.
